One group, four disciplines, one standard.
The flagship machining unit of a four-company group working out of Rohtak, Haryana — forging, machining and coating held under one roof instead of split across vendors.
Tilbury Auto turns and mills to drawing on CNC lathes and vertical machining centres. AS Precision Forge, our sister concern, hot forges the near-net shapes — gear blanks and e-axle components among them — that feed straight back into that machining line. PR Products supplies the standard fastener range in volume, and Riya Zinc Flakes, the newest of the four, finishes parts in Zn/Al flake coating validated in our own salt-spray chamber.
Every stage stays inside the group, so nothing about your part's history is a phone call away to a vendor — it's already on file. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and RoHS certified, supplying OEM and Tier-1 automotive lines for 12+ years.

Hot & Cold Forging
Billet taken to near-net shape at AS Precision Forge, our sister concern — grain follows the part instead of being cut across it.
CNC Machining
Turned and milled to drawing on CNC lathes and vertical machining centres, batch after batch.
Zn/Al Flake Coating
Corrosion protection applied in-house on dip-spin lines, proven in our own salt-spray chamber.
In-House Testing
Hardness, roughness, profile projector, air gauge, XRF, coating thickness and torque — every despatch is gated by our own lab.

Responsibility
Clean to run. Quiet to live beside.
Heavy engineering does not have to cost the neighbourhood its air. We build and power our plants so the only thing leaving the gate is the part you ordered.
A non-polluting shop floor
Our processes are chosen so nothing harmful leaves the plant. No effluent discharge, no smoke stack, no polluting by-products from forging, machining or coating.
UPS-only power backup
We run on UPS for backup instead of diesel generators. No exhaust, no fuel burn, no noise across the boundary wall — and no interruption to a running batch.
A smaller carbon footprint
Forging near-net shape wastes less steel, and keeping forging, machining, coating and testing inside the group removes the truck movements a split supply chain would need.
